waste-carriers

A dated check of one waste carrier — £19

Before you hand over waste, the law makes you check the carrier — and keep the proof. One dated PDF that answers what the register alone does not.

  • A one-line summary: what to check before you sign
  • The registration: number, upper or lower tier, carrier/broker/dealer, dates — and every other registration of the same company
  • The company behind it at Companies House: status, incorporation, registered office, activity, overdue accounts or confirmation statement, previous names
  • Its DVSA goods vehicle operator licence: type, status, vehicles
  • Dates and sources of every register read, with a clear disclaimer

Order a check — £19

Give the carrier's registration number (CBDU…, CBDL…) or its name.

Nothing to pay now. We send the PDF by email within 24 hours, then a payment link. If the register holds nothing for what you asked, there is nothing to pay — see the terms and privacy.

What it is not

Not an Environment Agency document, and not a substitute for the waste transfer note. It is a dated copy of public registers, put together by an independent site. A registration held by a sole trader is checked only at the request of that trader: we do not sell reports about a person to someone else.

Checking every carrier you use? Bulk checks and monitoring.
